The quality assurance never existed before

QAi: try now the quality assurance of the future

The power of artificial intelligence
at the service of human intelligence
to enhance the quality of business documentation

What until yesterday required months, in some cases years, of manual revision and unsustainable costs, can now be accomplished in a few days thanks to Aqrate’s QAi. A quantum leap.

WHAT WE OFFER

Featured Highlights

Artificial intelligence has taken huge strides and now everyone’s talking about it.
But who is truly proposing solutions that deliver tangible results without compromising quality and control?
In the current state of technology, a linguistic translation done with AI sounds fluent and well-expressed, even in parts containing conceptual errors. This makes it more challenging to identify potential errors without a careful and competent review of the entire translation.
Aqrate changes the paradigm: it’s not the human who has to check the results of AI, but AI itself that provides precise ways of improving the quality of our documentation, both source and translated.
Discover the immediate benefits of our innovative analysis system and receive, in 3 simple steps, reports and suggestions that will take your documentation and communication to the next level, with your national and international stakeholders.

DOCUMENTATION ANALYSIS

Qualitative analysis of your typical documents, both source and translated, as well as your web presence, for greater control and better translation quality.

“TRANSLATABILITY” WITH AI

Reports on how suitable your documentation is for automatic translation with Artificial Intelligence based on LLM (Large Language Model) models.

PROJECTION OF YOUR SAVINGS

Detailed reporting on the potential savings you could achieve by managing your translation processes with the Aqrate platform.

CENTRALIZATION OF TMs

Make your translation heritage more effective by centralizing and optimizing your Translation Memories.

TERMINOLOGY MANAGEMENT

TRANSLATION CONTRACTS

Professional advice for drafting and monitoring contracts with translation providers, ensuring balanced and effective relationships.

Step 1 – INPUT

You provide us only with the texts you need analysing and we take care of the rest.
You can give us examples of your documentation in one or more of the following ways:

Already translated corporate documentation

Technical and user manuals, marketing documentation, legal documentation, etc.
Some substantial documents for each type are sufficient to obtain a significant sample analysis.

Website, news, and online press releases

Sometimes obtaining these texts is difficult. Aqrate’s technology can autonomously acquire these multilingual online texts to match and check the quality of translation, sentence by sentence.

Terminology*

If your company has created glossaries with specific terms, Aqrate can evaluate them and suggest modifications. Otherwise, we can help you create them.

Translation Memories*

Translation memories (TMs) are corporate assets with great potential for leverage but they are often fragmented among, and controlled by, translation providers. Aqrate has developed innovative technologies to analyze TMs and maximize their management potential.

Step 2 – WORK

Our Language Analysts take charge of the received documentation and, thanks to Aqrate’s algorithms integrated with Artificial Intelligence, can perform a quality check that would usually require enormous time and costs.

Analysis of source and translated documentation

We analyze the various documents received, both in the source language and in the translation language.
Aqrate’s technology, integrated with AI, checks human work and detects both linguistic inconsistencies and actual errors in the documentation.

Extraction of texts from the corporate web presence

If there is substantial corporate online multilingual content (website, news, and press releases, etc.), Aqrate can autonomously acquire these multilingual online texts to match and check the quality of the translation, sentence by sentence. This procedure also creates a Translation Memory (TM) which generates savings for future translations by retrieving existing entries.

Creation/improvement of terminology glossaries

Starting from the received documentation, Aqrate’s algorithms can help create or improve existing terminology glossaries, which increases text consistency and accuracy.

Centralization and optimization of TMs

Aqrate’s technology can unify corporate Translation Memories, benefiting from greater retrievals, creating more savings. Optimization also increases linguistic consistency and translation quality.

Report production

Analysis results are synthesized into convenient and clear reports, laying the foundation for decisions on the next improvements.

Step 3 – OUTPUT

This innovative analysis provides fundamental reports to increase the quality of corporate multilingual documentation.

Documentation quality report

The report indicates the quality rating of your multilingual documentation and provides specific suggestions to improve both the way sentences are written in the source language and inconsistent, ambiguous, or incorrect translations.

AI “Translatability” Index Report

The report indicates, by document type, the reliability percentage with which Machine Translation controlled by AI can be used. Also, if the corporate translation heritage is sufficiently large, this represents the first step towards creating a specific automatic translation engine for your company. This can be applied to specific document types.

Savings projection report

The report indicates how much you could have saved in translating your documentation and provides a projection of the potential savings you could achieve using the Aqrate platform for managing corporate translations.

Qualitative report on Translation Memories

If your company has obtained TMs, the qualitative report on Translation Memories indicates the (linguistic) inconsistencies and highlights ambiguous or incorrect translations in the TMs. This report also provides a quality rating and suggestions for possible improvements.

Terminology glossaries

The report provides a list of the most frequently used technical terms in the documentation to improve existing glossaries or create new ones.

Paper on contractual aspects in translations

Collection of key points to consider in bids and contracts with your translation providers.
