Senior Sales – B2B (Language Tech / Translation & Localization)
The role:
We are looking for a Senior Sales professional to accelerate the commercial growth of LanguageCheck.ai. The role is focused on international B2B and covers the full sales cycle: from opportunity generation through closing, and subsequent account development.
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales funnel: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Open new opportunities with LSPs, enterprise companies, Localization Managers, QA teams, and Procurement
- Build and manage pipeline in the CRM (forecasting, next steps, follow-ups)
- Work closely with the CMO to support marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and inbound/outbound activities
- Collect market feedback to improve positioning, pricing, packaging, and the product roadmap
- Support commercial onboarding and customer development (expansion, renewals, upsell)
- Attend international events
Technical requirements
- B2B sales experience (ideally 5+ years) with a proven track record of closings and a solid pipeline
- Used to consultative selling (discovery, qualification, value-based selling)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales metrics
- Experience in translation/localization, SaaS, AI tools, TMS/CAT, and linguistic QA
- Existing network in the LSP/localization industry
- Experience with international sales and enterprise sales cycles
