Responsibilities

AI Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy tailored to the company’s specific needs and goals.
Tool Evaluation: Identify and evaluate AI tools available in the market. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and recommend suitable tools for various business processes.
Integration Planning: Analyze how AI tools can be integrated into existing business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Prompt Engineering: Write and optimize prompts for AI tools to ensure they deliver accurate and useful outputs.
Training & Support: Train team members on the use of AI tools and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and usage.
Data Management: Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data to be used by AI systems.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI tools and systems, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of AI processes, tools, and integrations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience working with AI technologies, including practical knowledge of existing AI tools and platforms.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and determine AI applications.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey AI concepts to non-technical team members.
Prompt Writing: Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools, ensuring clarity and precision to achieve desired outcomes.
Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and apply this knowledge to the company’s advantage.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
